Markus House
   43 Craig Road Milford, Auckland/1988

 Designed by Pip Cheshire. Built without a specific client in mind, this 'white house' relates to the 1930s Art Deco houses and also to New York Late Modernism. Called 'White Magic', dramatically positioned and designed to create that something special. Four bedrooms all with sea views, two entertaining areas.

Piha House
    Piha, Auckland



 Architect by Noel Lane. Refined yet robust, this 'industrial' bach is tough to match the climate and terrain of its rugged West Coast location. The clearly-articulated elements of the house are an elegant response to the bach programme. Eating, sleeping and relaxing occur in a glazed living and sleeping pavilion, with the adjacent deck for outdoor living, while bathing facilities are located at the rear.

Wooks Sabina House

 Builder is J.Senior+Dukker & Potte Ltd. on 1977, owner by Benedict Yu & Sabina Kim at 2000. Building area are 256§³, one level living and privacy, specious 4 bedroom and rumpus, lounge and family room with 3 separate living areas all opening to enormous private inground pool/spa/outdoor entertainment area. Northfacing level very private 1,181§³ section.
