Landmark Clear Center
   Smales Farm, Takapuna, North Shore City, Auckland/1999

 The Clear building is a new head office building for Clear Communications. The building comprises two curved six storied blocks each with 1,500 §³ floors together forming a single development with an overall gross floor area of 18,000 §³. The two blocks form a sweeping curve in plan and are interconnected by a six storey atrium containing bridges, stairs and escalators. Architect by Steven McCracken. Rothesay Bay house & Clear Center in smales Farm are in the running to be named best designed in the country. They are northern region finalists in the NZ Institute of Architects-Resene Architecture Awards. from Northshore Times Advertiser, 7 March 2000

Bruce Mason Center

 Internatinal performing arts, exhibition and conference center in Takapuna, North Shore City. Ideally located in the heart of Takapuna, this impressive venue offers views out to Rangitoto Island and the Hauraki Gulf, just a minute's walk. The center is named after the world acclaimed playwright Bruce Mason who spent his formative years on northern shores.
