Gaudi on 1905-07. Apartment building concrete of Expressionist or Art Nouveau style.Mighty pillars that appear to resemble the feet of some giant elephant are the
first thing to meet the eye of the passerby from street level.The roof reminds
him of a completely different animal: it is bordered by a jagged line similar to
the backbone of a gigantic dinosaur.A facade extends between the two, including
a number of small, elegantly curved balconies that seem to stick to the front of
the house like birds' nests on the face of the cliff.The facade itself glitters
in numerous colours, and small round plates that look like fish scales are let

Mila is practically opposite Casa Batlló, meaning that the tremendous difference
between the two buildings can be perceived at a glance.Jujol designed the
sinuous wrought iron balustrades in the facade of this edifice, which is
popularly called 'La Pedrera-The Quarry'.Jujol completed, in accordance with
the master's design, the chimneys on the roof of this housing complex, which

1900-14. Park,sculpture garden,landscape and system was earth,
plantings, and masonry of mediterranean. Style
was Expressionist, commercially unsuccessful planned housing,
given to the city as a permanent park in 1923. Built in 1914, designed on 1900 for bench in the parc-Jujol worked for Gaudi. Gaudí worked on this project
from 1900-14. And this is where we find Jujol's best known work from the days of
his collaboration with Gaudi. In 1911 he designed colorful ceramic 'wounds' at
the voids left by the omission of columns in the forest of pillars below the

The Social and Cultural Centre of 'La Caixa' Foundation, is housed in a former textile mill built in 1911 and designed by the modernista architect Puig I Cadafalch. It now hosts a wide variety of interesting cultural activities and exhibitions and also showcases an exhibition of works from the Foundation's contemporary art collection.
