Burj Al Arab

 Architect by WS Atkins & Partners on 1999. Height 321m & 60th floors. Dubai's iconic hotel & the tallest in the world, has a 180m high atrium, which was stands on a manmade island connected to the mainland by a 280m causeway. Materials used in building nd decorating the suites are the best available-Azul Bahia granite from Brazil, Stycharario marble from Carrara, mosaic tiles containing rare Sicis glass from Italy. 24 meter wide helipad projects from the building 210 meters above the ground. Jumeirah Beach Hotel

 Architect by WS Atkins & Partners on 1997. 104 m height and 26th floors.The massive cooling plant required for the cooling of the hotel is located at a site almost half a kilometer away so as not to allow the engineering requirements of the hotel to intrude on the main building.This hotel was imaginatively designed in the form of a giant wave to reflect Dubai¡¯s seafaring heritage.
