Architect
by Daeseong Kim in 528. It is noteworthly that designated as the National Historical
Landmark site No.1. The cheongun/Blue Cloud Bridge is ade entirely of stone.
It's most important aspect is the grand arch under the bridge. While the bridge
is the main approach to the monastery, it has been closed to us for reasons

Bunhwangsa Stone Pagoda/ºÐȲ»ç ¼®Å¾

Seokguram-Grotto/¼®±¼¾Ï
Mt.Toham Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk

Built
in 8th century, interior of dome is 6.58 meters (front to back) and 6.84 meters(left
to right). On the slopes of Mount Toham, Seokguram Grotto is
one of Asia's finest Buddhist shrines. Seokguram is an artificial structure built
around a dome and comprised of stone structures of circular, triangular,
hexagonal, and octagonal shapes, which required a high degree of mathematical
and engineering knowledge. To protect the treasures, a glass wall
prevents visitors from entering the grotto and walking around the great Buddha.
